1 1/2 oz Tanduay Gold Rum

1/2 oz 60 proof TripleSec
3 oz Guyabana (soursop) Frozen & Blended
2 oz Unsweet Coconut Milk - Frozen & Blended
1 Egg White
4 Dash Lemon Bitters

5 Drops Pure Vanilla Extract
Dry shake, pour into glass...

Pinch Grated Lemon Peel & Lemoncita on top..
Float Lime Wheel / Put thin layer of Sugar on top
Torch & Caramelize Sugar
Eye Dop Tanduay Gold Rum on top of Molten Sugar
Garnish with Lemoncita

Mint Julep Cocktail
 2 oz Makers Mark Bourbon
3/4 oz Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
6-8 Mint leaves
1 Dash Lemon & Mint Bitters

Lightly Muddle the Mint & Sugar
Shake, Strain over Crushed Ice
Garnish with a Mint Sprig!

Amaretto Sour
 2 oz Amaretto Disaronno
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 ox Lime Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup

Shake hard,
strain into a Chilled Rocks Glass, no Ice
Garnish with 2 Filthy Black Cherries

Collins On Collins
 2 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
5 Raspberries
1 Dash Sparkling Water

Muddle Raspberries, add all ingredients
Shake hard, strain into a nice rocks glass
Top with sparkling Mineral Water
Garnish with a Raspbery / Lemon Wheel

Sofla (Florida) Mule
 2 oz Titos Vodka
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Honey Syrup
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
4 Mint Leaves
1 1/2 oz Fine Ginger Beer

Add all ingredients in your shaker glass,
Stir about 12 times, don't strain, pour over Fresh Ice
Garnish with a Lime Wheel or Mint Sprig

St. Nick's New-Fashioned
 2 oz Chivas 12yr
3/4 oz "Christmas Spice" Simple Syrup
3 Dash Chocolate Bitters Orange Peel & Grater

Combine all but Orange Peel in a mixer glass.
Stir and pour over fresh ice, into *Spiced rimmed Old Fashioned glass.
Grate Orange peel over the top of glass for garnish & aromatics.

*Spice rim = Mixture of Ground Cinnamon, Nutmeg,
Sugar, Allspice, Cloves and Salt.
